Fluorescence Detector

The WAVE Fluorescence Detector enables high sensitivity detection of fluorescently labeled nucleic acids separated with the WAVE 3500 Series or the WAVE Oligo System. The WAVE Fluorescence Detector is controlled by either NAVIGATOR™ Software or WAVEMAKER Software and is fully compatible with the WAVE Fragment Collector Model FCW 200 and the WAVE Oligo System.

Features/Benefits:

Continuously variable excitation and emission wavelengths enable detection of virtually any fluorescent dye used to label nucleic acids. Greatly increased sensitivity is achieved through both the emission intensity of fluorescent dyes and discrimination between labeled and unlabeled nucleic acid species.
