| Overview MALBAC Single Cell WGA Re-Amp Kit is a companion product of MALBAC Single Cell WGA Kit. By this Re-Amp Kit, one can obtain ~1-3 µg gDNA from 1-10 ng previous MALBAC amplified products in about 1 hour. The Re-Amped products keep good fidelity to the first round MALBAC products without introducing further amplification bias. The Re-Amped products can also be applied for various downstream experiments, such as real time qPCR, Sanger sequencing (point mutation detection), next generation sequencing, etc. |
