Overview Single Cell Lysis Kit is to lyse cells completely and release gDNA into a low salt buffer. Unnecessary for any purification, the low salt lysed products can be directly used for various downstream applications such as whole genome amplification and real-time qPCR. About 1 to 1000 mammalian cells can be efficiently lysed in a standard lysing reaction. This lysis kit can be applied to freshly cultured cells, FAC cells, laser capture microdissection, diluted cells, micromanipulated samples and biopsy samples, etc. |
